IRVING, Texas -- As Terrance Williams saw Tony Romo’s pass in the air in the third quarter, all the Dallas Cowboys receiver could think about was his drop in the second quarter. On first-and-15 Williams dropped a Romo throw at the Houston Texans 2. Two plays later, he was unable to hang on to a Romo throw in the back of the end zone that the coaches may or may not say was a drop.
