What exactly do you do with a monkey when you're gone for a few days?

What about training camp? Or Super Bowl week?

Not sure if serious.

Same thing people do with most pets when they travel.

I'm change my position on this. He isn't going to play and he will not show up in NY.. Get better Dez... There went my hope for the game.. Oh well it is what it is

Ok, it's official
CowboyStar88 has changed his position
Now Dez has no shot

Why CowboyStar88? Why did you have to change your position ?

All of y'all are worrying for NO reason. First, the defense should be the best we've had in a very very very long time and beat the midgets like Seattle used tk best teams. DSecond, if we can't beat this sorry Giants team without Dez, we are pretty bad anyways!!
I think we have a great shot of winning even if Dez is out there as a decoy, not really a big fan of Twill right now.

Agreed

Well after a long day and a few Vodka And Ice teas it just made sense. I'd like to thank the Zone, Dez and his doctors along with a special shout out to JJ for allowing me to come to this decision.

I'd like to thank all my fans for understanding and sticking with me during this tough decision.

God bless

I'm glad they are being smart about this injury, rushing back definitely can lead to further long-term complications. I hope he sits another 2 weeks honestly.

After Sunday there will be no rush anyways so what's the point let him sit till Romo is healthy as well. Position ourselves in the draft for a better pick.

Ian Rapoport: "Dez heading to NJ by train, although likely out for the next 3-4 weeks and there is now video confirmation that his new spider monkey was an accomplice to a double-homicide covered-up by arson. Stay tuned..."

Seems legit

So, Dez is running and cutting at full speed and now he needs to rest so badly he can't just watch a game from the sidelines? I'm not sure I like this at all.:(

He hasn't been ruled out yet.

Obviously, I'd prefer him to be healthy and playing, but we should be able to win this even without him and Romo.

This weekend our defense should be at it's best so far this season, and this very well could be the best version of our Romo-less offense.

Add in the fact that the Giants are coming off of a short week, and let's be real- they haven't looked too hot lately. They got squashed by a bad Eagles team, almost lost to the pitiful 9ers, and they have injury concerns of their own. Plus our guys are coming off the bye and the offense will have a new look now that Weeden's not under center.

Cowboys really should (and need to) win this. Getting back in the win column, while completing our 3rd straight sweep of these fools would make for a great Cowboys Sunday.

I'm not saying the defense is going to be bad, I happen to agree that it will be the best it's been so far this season.. but for how long throughout the course of the game???

Simply put, it can't be rested ALL on the defense's shoulders. The offense is going to at the VERY MINIMUM sustain drives, not turn the ball over, and by some form of sorcery or grace of God find a way to put points on the board
