ARLINGTON, Texas -- Signed on Wednesday off the Miami Dolphins' practice squad, Tony Hills will serve as the Dallas Cowboys’ backup offensive tackle for today’s game against the New York Giants. With Doug Free out with a small fracture in his right foot, Jermey Parnell will start and Hills will serve as the backup for Parnell and left tackle Tyron Smith. Donald Hawkins, who has been with the team all season, is inactive for the seventh straight game.
