IRVING, Texas – Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo will not practice for the second straight Wednesday as he and the team continue to look for ways to keep him fresher for the games. Romo is coming off his best game of the season last week against the St. Louis Rams in which he completed 18 of 23 passes for 217 yards and two touchdowns. While he did not post gaudy statistics, Romo moved around much better in the pocket (no sacks) and outside the pocket (a 16-yard run for a first down in the second half).
