IRVING, Texas -- The Dallas Cowboys made a trade during the first-round of last spring's draft that caused all sorts of discussion. Instead of drafting a safety or defensive lineman, the Cowboys moved down from No. 18 to No. 31 with the San Francisco 49ers and also acquired a third-round pick. Center/guard Travis Frederick, projected as a second-rounder, was selected by the Cowboys at No. 31. The 49ers drafted safety Eric Reid at No. 18.
