IRVING, Texas -- In the loss to the Detroit Lions on Sunday, the Dallas Cowboys were flagged just twice. The second penalty was the biggest, a holding call on left tackle Tyron Smith late in the fourth quarter. With the Cowboys trying to close out the game, running back Phillip Tanner broke outside for a run, instead of inside, it forced Smith to block defensive end Devin Taylor a little longer than usual.
