IRVING, Texas -- Dallas Cowboys defensive tackle Tyrone Crawford was fined $16,537 for a roughing the passer penalty in the 41-28 victory against the Chicago Bears. Crawford led with the crown of his helmet on Chicago quarterback Jay Cutler and was assigned a penalty after an incomplete pass. The Bears scored two plays later to close within 38-28, but the Cowboys recovered the ensuing on-side kick attempt. Crawford, who makes $34,117 per game, will appeal the fine.Continue reading...
