ESPN came up with a CFB Future Power Rankings that was somewhat interesting.
I'll attach it, but it does require ESPN insider to read...so I'll post the scores too.

The rankings only look forward for three years and are based on the following criteria:
Coaching (27.5%)
Current Talent (27.5%)
Recruiting (15%)
Title path (10%)
Program Power (20%)
