If not he should be quality veteran depth at least. Easily my favorite acquisition of the offseason.

I don't know how you could like him over Melton. He may have been the most underrated signing of the offseason considering he might start at LG. But I dunno how you can like him over Melton, breh.

Should have phrased that a little better. While Melton clearly is a quality player if healthy, he was a good quality cheap signing who could start in a pinch.

Because he's an experienced starter.

Leary and Bern were playing well by the end of last season.

Nwaneri seems like a perfect backup because he has played RG, LG and practiced as the backup Center in Jax.

Whoever wins the starting job, it's a good situation to have this much depth.

That was all about Billy Parcells showing the rest of the team that he was in charge. It's a common coaching strategy for a new HC to pick on a star player.

I didn't like the way BP "handled" some player situations. But I do wish he could have convinced LA to not worry so much about his bench press and do a better job with his overall body especially the lower body. It was his legs (knees) that done him in. He was going to be the strongest guy out there no matter what.

Was this the official conditioning runs?

Also this is a good sign in terms of team health. Preparation goes a long way towards success.

These were official runs. So those that took them today don't have to take them in Oxnard. I've been trying to sniff out who took them today and who didn't.
