Agreed. As stubborn as Jerry can be, if they have another collapse next year, not even Jerry will try to convince the fans to take another ride on the Mac-DQ Express.

And DQ's NFL promotion odds just got a lot worse everywhere. The time to leave is always early. Garrett had HC job offers galore before Jerry had patience with him as HC. Kellen Moore was once a hot prospect.

As soon as you have that one winning season... get the hell out of dodge before they can overthink it! LOL

Look at a guy like Aaron Glenn in Detroit . They were garbage defensively under Matt Patricia now they fly around the ball make things uncomfortable .

On the other side of the ball Dorsey gets canned in Buffalo Joe Brady takes over and they are probably headed to the AFCCG .

Jerry doesn’t want to pay McCarthy a yrs salary to join Switzer on the couch . Make him earn it . Once contract is up it’s adios .

The possibility of Quinn's return makes it to be must see tv reality show for football.

With all the returning characters like the Buy me Fraud HC, I can be better/will be better QB and I dont need no stinking run dee DC.

Maybe Quinn pulled a Garrett and threw the defense out to fail? Good for Jerry not falling for it this year.

If Quinn becomes head coach for the Cowboys the only way that happens is if the team started the season so poorly McCarthy got fired during the season, Quinn becomes nterim coach and has a great run. I still think Quinn gets the Seahawks gig but we'll see.

These coaches become good when they hit on talent.

Glenn was average at best. Hutchinson turned it into another gear, they nailed the Branch and Campbell pick and they are elite. They added CGJ so expect another step up in the playoffs. They also added Cameron Sutton. That’s 3-4 massive upgrades at premier positions.

Same reason Quinns defense stepped back.

They nailed 0 picks to help last season, Diggs and LVE went down. Kearse, Hooker and Wilson all took massive steps back and Gilmore is showing his age.

Moore was a hot commodity until his last game at SF. Same thing is happening with DQ now. Fans don’t forget

Even with picks you have to coach them up . Glenn had McCarthy bottled up other than the 92 yard improvised bomb to Lamb . The Bills were headed to off season when a change in OC sparked some life .

Absolutely.

We continue to trot out guys like Kearse, Hooker, Clark etc and expect great results to repeat themselves

Will McClay seems unscathed in this mess . He seems to nail first rounders like Tyler Smith Parsons then it’s a gamble in subsequent rounds .

Won't matter if we are extending Dak who the coach is. Nobody is winning a chip with that choker. Honestly at least DQ looks like he's got some fire in him. MM at the podium sounded like there may be a hostage situation.
