Exactly how do these off season meetings go from Jerry and Stephen

“Hey hey guys, we're going to do as little as possible in free agency, we're going to blow it up, but make it seem like we're trying so we don't piss off the fans and mess with our revenues?”

How exactly do they sell this to the coaches who are here to do a job, knowing they're not going to have players to help with fulfilling their plans? Then the coaches are the ones who lose their jobs first at times.

How would you feel if this is what's being sold to these coaches/personnel department?? Please give your thoughts

They’re more worried about upgrading the yacht than the Cowboys.

The core problem is definitely the yacht and the conflict between the NFL offseason and the best season to take the boat down to the Caribbean. So, they sign guys they know and treat the cap like grandma's check book.
