Do you guys think he has a chance?

Right now i'm hearing names like Brady, Ryan, and Carr but IMO Zeke should definitely be in the discussion if not the flat out front runner.

Some people want to give all of Zekes credit to the OL but who didn't think Elliot had a high pedigree coming out of the draft anyways? He was a consensus top 10 pick and you would always hear that some thought he was the best player in the draft.

Brady? Team went 3-1 without him.

Ryan? Playing well but his team has already lost 3 games.

Carr? I don't have anything really negative to say about him. He's the reason the Raiders have a bright future and they're doing well now.

Brady is playing scrub teams, missed a month, and they went 3-1 without him.

I think no player is making the impact for their team like Elliot is making for ours.
Matt Ryan, and typically the MVP is a quarterback driven award

it's probably a dead heat right now between Zeke and Ryan

I think Zeke has a 50/50 chance to win OPOY, between him and David Johnson barring injury to either.

With everything going on with the NFL "investigation" into Zeke. He won't win. Just how this company works. Lol

I don't believe a rookie has ever won an MVP so would certainly be another 1st for this group of young 'ballers to add to their list of accomplishments. I could see this happening being our remaining schedule at this point tallies to be against average run defenses. That combined with the overall quality of our opponents, we could find ourselves in the situation, similar to 2014, where we're running out the clock the 2nd half of several of these games.

- Cleveland: #31
- Pittsburgh: #16
- Baltimore: #4
- Washington: #26
- Minnesota: #9
- Giants: #11
- Tampa: #24
- Detroit: #17
- Philly: #20
Avg = 17.55

He should get serious MVP consideration.

But there is a strong anti-Romo bias in the media that wants to elevate Prescott so as to diminish what Romo has meant to this team. Their narrative is that Dak is the catalyst for the team's success, when it is clearly the O-line and Zeke.

The problem is when a Cowboy gets MVP consideration, there are always agendas. Romo should have been MVP in 2014, but for that Agenda.

Ryan (gosh, I'm waiting for him to fall back down to earth, he isn't this good, darnit), Carr (absolutely amazing season and the heart and soul of an awesome Raiders offense), and Brady (cuz Brady) are all ahead of Zeke right now, imo. Julio Jones is even getting some grumblings.

I'd love to see our phenom get it, but I think he has more of a shot at OROY.

I agree with you but at the same time Dak does some things off the run game and in the redzone that have definitely enhanced our success.

With that said the OL and Zeke are the reason we have gone next level this year.

We added a Superstar to our offense and we're winning without all of our good players.

IMO he'll need to break the rookie rushing record to be considered.

Didn't the fact that Murray had such a great year hurt Romo in 2014? A la they both "stole" votes from each other?

Brady cuz Brady is not a good enough reason to consider him yet everyone is wanting to give him the trophy which I think is total BS.

I'm not anti-Brady but he has no business being a league MVP candidate.

Yes he does, and I said "Brady cuz Brady" because I know how sensitive some of you are about the Pats.

He deserves to be every bit in the conversation.

He's in the discussion at this point. Don't kid yourself. I don't think he's above Ryan (ick) or Carr, tho. As I previously stated.
