This has all been about the domestic violence issue.

They still never addressed his pulling that girls top down, the fight at the club or even the speeding ticket (which I personally don't care about, but it compounded the perception that he can't stay out of trouble while all this other stuff was going on.)

I also have gotten the sense from the way people have been talking about him on Talkin' Cowboys and The Break that there might be a strike or two against him in terms substance abuse, but that stuff is protected by confidentiality clause in the CBA so the NFL can't make it public or use it against him in court. But that's mostly speculation based on some stuff I'd heard Nick Eatman and Bryan Broaddus hint at without stating explicitly.

They did address the top incident in the letter and said there would be no punishment. They certainly can't do anything because of a speeding ticket. They have no further leverage outside of just making up something new to accuse him of.

They don't need leverage, they have the CBA.
