LOL...Jerry will pay him.

This eliminates the guaranteed portion of his contract. If he acts up again, they could release him and owe him nothing.

And if it's at all DV related, he gets a life suspension from the NFL.

Yea I know. Jerry knows he was screwed, though. I don't think Zeke is going to have to worry about money. Jerry will take care of him. Just my opinion.

roll your eyes all you want but when you are railroaded and the one who did the railroading says, "i'm a white woman, you're a black athlete," if you think race wasn't a factor, then I must ask, what is the colour of the sky in your world.

I'm not getting pulled into another argument about race. Let's just say that it doesn't matter what color your skin is when it comes to getting screwed by upper management.

Thing is that this counts as stike one under the domestic violence policy..........a second strike is a lifetime ban. And remember, as far as Goddell is concerned, an accusation means guilt.

Dude better live like a monk from here on out...............no partying, no alcohol, and definitely no sex.

Bye bye, future guaranteed money.
Maybe Zeke can use this as an incentive to make the necessary off field changes required.

Keep you nose clean off the field. Produce on the field. And he will get his money.

He will get his extension soon.

I'm sure your right but here is what I do not get. I realize that it's all about money for these owners but how can they feel comfortable with a Commish that is literally despised by fans everywhere he goes. Every draft he is booed wherever it is held. New York, Chicago, Philly. I heard Peter King say on a radio show he showed up for a Peyton Manning tribute and was booed for several minutes. Is this the look or image they want moving forward. I mean it's not like he is the only guy that can make the owners money.

He didn't do it and he still got screwed. That's the point. He was innocent and still was punished.

So what changes would he make? Become celibate? Hold up in his home like a recluse?

It's the right move. Would have been nice to get it over with at the beginning of the year but with the injuries to Tyron and Lee and the shocking lack of depth behind our most important players, this season is all but toast anyway.

The FO will have a chance to bolster depth in the offseason, add some decent talent through the draft (hopefully a high pick in each round if the losses stack up as suspected), have at least a 2nd place schedule (hopefully 3rd) in 2017, and have Zeke ready to go. The core of the team is very strong and 2017 could shape up to be a good shot for this team.

Perhaps.

But certainly Jones and Blank were not on speaking terms last Sunday.
Not popular would mean a majority of the owners have an issue with Jerry. I think Jerry is just at odds with 6 or less owners.

One report indicated that 16 or more owners were at least somewhat on Jerry's side.
