I think Carter is worth that in a 34. That's his niche. Outside of that, he's a 1.5/yr kind of guy, honestly. People see those interception numbers and their eyes light up, though.

No doubt. That one is the one people can point to, but still- it's the Pats.
Players go there cheaper over other options from time to time- well, more than others. It happens.

I can't sit here in good conscious and say "You failed Cowboys Front Office..." on that one though.

Otherwise- the deals have been too rich, or not of the teams best interest so far.
I cannot get ugly on them right now. Neither should anyone else, really.

Lot's of comical knashing of teeth around here the last two days.

To be fair, it really has been a whirlwind of Free Agency signings so far.

For better or worse, it seems to be unfolding just as the Dallas front office thought it would...so far.

My question is this;

What players (if any) so far have been signed for an amount that you think the Cowboys should have matched or topped?

None we would pay the amount they got.
