pfff, that was pretty weak, i was at that game and we got some pretty bad callos against us, if you heard in the video itself, duncan was in fould trouble as well. you can sit there and make any video of any nba game and say the refs screwed you over. Suns fans need to stop whinning and accept the fact that the spurs are just a better team, if they dont beileve it, look at their record against the spurs since nash got there.

i don't believe that video was made by a suns fan. he even noted he didn't think it was fixed.

however you spin it though it's pretty ****ty having any nba playoff series being reffed by a guy who has fixed games in the past. and who's to say he didn't have a preference in this game?

He was also the ref in a game where the Suns destroyed the Lakers and Nash was getting every call.

And I notice this "fair and balanced" video showed no clips of when Parker or Duncan was getting slammed to the floor.

i just sucks that people that dont like the spurs, and there are lots of them it seems, are gonna make excuses now. I mean, if nash does not cut up his nose, who is to say that the suns would have won? and if so how would have the spurs responded in game 2? if the suns would have won game 3, which i was at and it was bad calls both way, how do you think the spurs would have responded in game 4? you cant just say that the suns would have won, because you dont know what the alternative is, its not certain.

He had no effect on the end result.

Only an idiot would think that 1 ref in one game could make a difference in a seven game series.

Good thing there is no one around here that stupid.

I guess Im that stupid, becuase I dont think its a stretch at all to think a ref could effect the outcome of a 7 game series. Especially with 2 teams that were as evenly mathed as the Spurs and Suns. Close series are usually won and loss by the outcome of a key close game, you cant tell me that a ref couldnt swing a close game in one teams favor. One or 2 key whistles or non whistles could easily decide a close game late in the 4th quarter and that game could easily swing a series.

Except the Spurs won the series 4-2 not 4-3 and there was just as many (if not more) calls going against the Spurs than for them in the game he reffed.

And they did not lose the game from calls in the 4th quarter.

nice try though.

I never said that series was fixed, I just used it as an example of 2 closely competitive teams. That and I said it is pretty nieve to think it couldnt happen.
