If you had any doubts I think the NFL's lead investigator cleared all of that up for you when she advised the NFL to throw it out and said there was nothing there.

As much as I feel Elliott violated the Personal Conduct Policy I certainly wouldnt place him as low of a human being as Michael Irvin who would have already been in prison if not a star on the Cowboys.
