I went to UTEP, but when it comes to college football, my favorite Texas team has been the Horns ever since Roger Staubach led Navy against them in the Cotton Bowl about 1000 years ago...

Mind you, I enjoy those rare seasons when the Miners have a good football team, and I always follow how they're doing... for that matter, I still follow how Andress High School in El Paso does in football each year... and when it comes to basketball, it's the Miners ahead of the Horns...

But for college football, Hook 'Em, bay-bee...
