farve fired shots at ted thompson saying something like the packers told him you cant be a backup for the packers way back when, and that you cant play for any other team, wow shots are being fired, now some green bay fans are going to get on thompson for not telling whole truth

you wait and see too, farve will probably say later, i wanted them to sign randy moss and they didnt;

They just need to find a suitor (Baltimore) and be done with it. The more it drags on the worse it will be for the Packer brass.

On a New York radio station they had a source close to this that said he has been talking contract with the Jets and if he is released thats where he will play.

oh no problem buddy, thanks for posting it right;

that way the other guys know;

and im stil with you on roy willliams, he just may excel this year under campo who knows his strenghts and weaknesses

now if we can sign canty, then we are really set for next 3-5 years

adam said we have so far about 101 million to cap for 2009, with cap suppose to go up to about 123 million, that means we will have about 21 million to sign ware, burnett, tank johnson, miles austin, hurd,

we can have our players locked up now till about 2012 or 2013 and make some big super bowl runs,

now with farve and packers and ted thompson might be a big distraction for them, since green bay is one of the youngest teams;

so that in itself gives us a shot for the championship game, if what the dallas cowboys players are saying, they are really hungry and they want to finish

only other team i see maybe challenging us is the vikings if they get their QB situation starightened out,; the giants lost 5 of their starters on defense best i remember, so to me, the packers were our biggest challenge this year,

It's pretty clear by now that his intention was to return to the NFL and get away from the Packers. Not gonna happen.

I dunno, I still think the Pack may try to trade him.

that has already been documented in the Fox interview. Tonights part 2 of the interview he blasts TT for not getting Randy Moss.

Mick, Thanks for being there for me but there is no need to respond to misinterpretation of the facts. Nowhere but the OPs comment does any report indicate Favre was going to be a back up until recently.

Brett is leavign out a few things. Brett says that he can't play for the Packers and he can't play for anybody. Logic tells you that he can't play for teh Packers, Vikings or Bears. Anything else I would think is open.

Remember... its starts as a "misinterpretation" or "he never said that"

to....

Factual... in the near future....

atleast that has been the pattern thats been developing over and over with Favre.

How's the weather down there.... hot as heck up here in NY... lol
