Ferg had a Bad Game, still the Best TE we had since Witt, just play smarter don't try to gain one more yard if three defenders are tackling You, go down. Pickens did the same thing and we almost lost the ball too.

Right, it's not that he's a bad tight end he's just fumbling the ball a lot trying too much trying too hard, and Pickens had more of those this year than people remember, about 4 ,he also had two interceptions, that were on him and not on Prescott,

so yeah George Pickens also has an issue, 19 got the ball ripped out of his hands but people picking up any of these offensive players after putting up 30 points and could have scored 40 need to just shift their focus to where it should be it's the third 40 plus point game this year and that doesn't count some of the ones that were 37 points it's insane how bad the defense is..

It's it's odd though when you have a player like George Pickens at Had a great run, they forget about all his turnovers and negative plays he had one of the worst games of any of our players Thursday against the Lions he had at least seven negative plays but we're talking about Ferguson.

Truly get the frustration but you don't have to overreact you could just say he had a bad game and move on from there...

Because he understands when to go down. Doesn't get dumb penalties. Jake is good but limited. He's slow footed, heavy handed, power TE that runs mediocre to decent routes. I wish we had a quicker afoot te to pair with him.

Yes. But the defense was good enough to slow down the Chiefs, Eagles. Simply put, we got outmatched. Sometimes you face a team you don't match up well with. Then we compounded things with self inflicted wounds. Onto Minnesota.

You're trying to tell me that George Pickens single handedly lost the set game by getting a bad call against him 'cause I don't remember any hands in the face but maybe that was another call But how about George Pickens with the pick call he got penalized george Pickens had 7 negative plays just in that one game I'd say if you want to pick on somebody pun intended pick on pickens..

Exactly somehow he's managed to call out Ferguson then try to stick with his narrative that that one penalty on Ferguson cost us the game literally the defense cost us the game I mean the offense made mistakes but it put up 30 points it could have put up more points had those negative plays not happen for sure we could have put up 40 but he did not lose the game the defense lost the game the Lions won the game let's just stick to that the Lions made all the tough hard nosed physical plays to go get that ball and steal it even though they didn't play great defense they did more they made the effort plays they made less mistakes they won the damn game ferguson did not lose the game that's hilarious when George Pickens had 7 negative plays just in that one game and we're calling out Ferguson is insane..

IF you throw a 1 yard pass on 3rd and 15 the player that receives it is going to try to do everything he can to try to break tackles and somehow get the first down. In doing so, said player runs the risk of having the ball punched out while other players are holding him up.

I just think guys complain about Jerry but then fall into the trap that has made the Cowboys the most valuable franchise -- the stars. Everybody blames our best players for not being able to make up for our worst players. There is no one left to blame on the defensive side of the ball, but guys would blame Micah (used to Ware) for "not showing up" to get that final sack or whatever. We just have too many bad players due to overpaying too many B/B+ guys.

I also have to wonder about our coaching -- we just seem to have a lot of guys that we draft who don't do so well here and then go elsewhere and are decent. Nahshon Wright is having himself a year. How many guys have left and have won a super bowl. It's a lot more than I think we realize, and often its guys we think aren't good enough to play.

That's just B.S. Ferguson has proved he is a quality TE who has terrific hands and is as tough as they come! Does he need to hold onto the ball a little better, yes, but the Detroit defender went at the ball with a full on punch that most players would have also lost! He is the least of Dallas' problems! How about starting with a Head Coach who after looking at the game tape on Friday stated he didn't see Pickens loafing or taking plays off at all!!???? If a coach is afraid to call out players for terrible play and more importantly a lack of effort, he will NEVER win in this league! Shotty needs to be better!
