I love Gregory. And to me, this is the more tragic injury. Without Gregory, this pass rush really slows down. We could live with Dez for a month out if the pass rush and defense was stout. If QB's have all day, they will eat up the secondary. The next 4 QB's we play are no cake walk.

Gregory's change of speed and direction is awesome. He gets good push upfield on the blocker's outside shoulder or gashes his inside shoulder, plants his foot and flattens his route to the quarterback pretty darn good. I cannot wait to see what he does against other tackles in the league.

Reminds me of Dwight Freeney's moves. What a great find in the 2nd round. He will probably be stronger than Freeney as well. Extremely excited to see him and Hardy together.

Guy is going to be a player. There was one play where he grabbed the back of Eli's jersey; thought for sure he'd get a sack by the end of the night and probably would have if it wasn't for the ankle sprain.

I said it before the season and people went ballistic, but I fully expect Gregory to be the best player on this D going into next season. Some things you can coach, like technique and scheme awareness. Some things you just can't teach, and Gregory has so much that isn't teachable. I love watching this kid. Even in practice he's a blur on the edge.
