Think that is more of a luxury at this point, now if one falls in your lap, take him, but we have bigger needs that need more attention. What I have debating is, do they fix their pass defense with a LB/S or do they finish their front 7 with an Edge/LB. In my opinion, linebacker is the top need in any scenario.

Depending on how the season finishes but where its looking we will be at the LB/DE. We may be able to trade down some and pick up safety Dillion Thienman from Oregan but I would rather try to pick up a S in FA or both Bottom line Jerry has to open his Wallet.

I think the fact the Cowboys reportedly made a play at acquiring Minkah Fitzpatrick tells you they aren't content with the safety play. I would look for the Cowboys to either sign a new starter in FA or draft one high in 2026.

Minkah Fitzpatrick is owed $15.6M in 2026, the last year of his current deal. It will be interesting the Dolphins will choose to cut bait with him after this season.

If so, he could be in play as a FA target again.

Championship teams get talent in the draft but fill holes in FA and Trades. Sadly Natural Gas Man never read the full manual; chapter 3 discussed how to do it in FA and he quit after Chapter two that talked about trades and Chapter one that discussed the proper use of the draft.

I'd draft an edge and a corner with the first rounders I agree. Some solid options out there too

I really hope so, but it is very unlikely due to his salary. They do have the ability to create the space, but don't think they will do it.
