Back to Top*Special Supplemental Draft

the second round isn't even 1/4 the size and it diminishes from there. Notice that most are picked in the first half. Elite players make teams and elite players are usually found in the first round. In the first round elite players are usually found early in the round.

We can disagree on what Dallas should do with the 22nd pick, but I can make an argument as to why they should trade up and not worry about the journeymen found in the later rounds.
u welcome

sorry that didn't format properly. What it shows is that most players that are in the hall were drafted in the first round. Of the first round picks most were picked in the top 1/2 of the draft if not in the top 10. The second round isn't even a 1/4 the size.

I don't know. You'd think Derrick Thomas would get in but I don't know for sure. He's been out of the league now for more then 5 years. I think he will probably get in eventually but I would not say it's a lock.

Have you seen the Bloodsport spoof trailer on YouTube? Funny if you're a fan.

I realize he was killed eight years ago but I think he will get in, it is just the congested nature of having delayed people of merit for so long that prolongs his post-mortem induction, the same will eventually occur for Bob Hayes.

Even if they snub him the 1989 draft will produce no less than 3 HOF players in the first five picks which to my knowledge is unparalleled.

There should be an * by Staubach's name. He would have been a first rounder if not for the Navy.
