This is a really deep CB draft.
I believe Dallas will resign 1 of Mo/Carr to start opposite OS with Anthony Brown as your 3rd guy when OS moves to the slot.
They'd probably like to draft a guy in round 4-6 to be back up and perform much like Anthony Brown did last year.
But I don't know tif hey feel from the early board stuff that a CB is gonna fit at 28 or 60.
Dallas has made CB a far easier position to play with some of the recent changes. -Adding Bryon Jones at Single High, playing lots of zone, getting so much speed at LB.

What happens in the NFC East, if Philadelphia now gets a trade done for New Orlean's Cook, or even gets Ross drafted this coming draft...and Dallas has a 'rook' dominated secondary with new parts?

Top 4 picks should be spent on Non injured. Non druggie. Solid defensive players. After that they can get cute with WR's TE and RBs

I agree, but if Rocket Ross is available, he'll be the pick. His deep speed would add another dimension to this offense and would make it virtually unstoppable. It would be hard to pass that up.

Come-on Fish. I know 6 year old fans that have just as good info as you. If you're truly an insider, give us something NOBODY knows yet. I have yet to see most of the stuff you report even pan out.....
Fisher actually walks the halls with the guys. He has greater access than almost any writer out there. Dude is out drinking with the personnel guys at times.
He's not always right, but 105.3 is the official Cowboy station and they do get WAY more access than ESPN, etc.
Come on now.

It appears that the success they've had with Dak has gone to the FO heads and they have become the 2nd coming of NE and drafting
QB's will lead to draft pick riches. Kellen is probably not the worst option if he only has to start a game or two but, if Dak were to go down
with a broken arm or leg, the season would be over quickly. Of course, when the pickings are lean and cap space small and building a War Daddy
cap chest for next year, sugar plums are dancing in Jerry's Johnny Walker Blue eyes.

I hope your not right and this doesn't turn into a draft with more Jaylon Smith picks instead of guys that can actually help us.

I sincerely hope not either. But, I've seen this movie re-run many times over the last 28 years.

I'm already expecting one - TE Jake Butt - but he's two in one. Not only would he fill our never-ending need to spend premium picks for a backup TE, but he also satisfies the need to draft an injured player on the cheap.

As long as it's not in the second round like usual...

How is #2 WR a bigger priority Than CB? With Dez, Zeke, Beasley and Witten how many touches is left. Plus this coaching staff doesn't know how to use a #2 anything

I think they are looking at it like they have Brown and Scandrick who can start at corner, so at the least, they would need a No. 3 corner. At receiver, Dez is No. 1 and Beasley is considered strictly a slot player, so the team has to have a No. 2. I'm not sure the No. 2 is any more valuable than a third corner since the team is in nickel so much and Beasley is on the field so much.

That makes it worse. With that kind of access you'd think he'd at least be more accurate.....

I'll make an exception for Butt.

He's going to be a stud.

Dak loves to throw short stuff over the middle so get Jake Butt in here and let him get healthy and watch Witten first hand for a year.

I like him too. Just not in the second round.

It's clear to see that chad Kelly will be the backup qb at some point this year. Lesbihonest

Oh come on! Tell me you wouldn't buy one!

If we take him in the 2nd and stash him according to the 2nd round "redshirt" rule...I certainly shall.
If nothing else to save for my grandkids.
