LOL ...we know agents/attorneys can turn **** into perfume. So take it for what it's worth.....

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr"><a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Cowboys?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc^tfw">#Cowboys</a> Randy Gregory’s new agent Peter Schaffer to me: ‘We can make a compelling argument that in 10 years the hero of the story is going to be Randy Gregory because of the way he has changed his life around.’ <a href="https://t.co/5IXt2fpeXV">https://t.co/5IXt2fpeXV</a></p>&mdash; mike fisher ✭ (@fishsports) <a href="">July 25, 2019</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

Sacks are a dime a dozen for RG.

“Daniel (Moskowitz, Gregory's attorney) makes me feel like my cases are about saving my life,” Dallas Cowboys defensive end Randy Gregory -- the latest embodiment of the attorneys' common thread -- told me earlier this year. “He’s always been there for me; it’s never been about money. He looks at me as family and is ride-or-die.

Serious question, what type of agent would take on a guy like Gregory? He already signed his extension, likely won't get many (if any) endorsement deals, and may be out of the league for good. How does his agent make any money here?

History will not be kind to the drug laws of our time and the policy of the NFL, that reflects those laws, needs to change.

Let’s act like adults and not try govern other’s consciousness.

It's bigger than that, though. Marijuana isn't physically addictive like heroin is, and at a certain point, you have to decide what you value more. He's failed double digit tests now.

Because lawless anarchy is always better.....

Removing ineffective policy that has only demonstrated a worsening of the problems that were intended to be solved is not "lawless anarchy." Not to mention the financial tally.

Nothing wrong with removing bad policy but it must be replaced by some other policy or whatever, I can recommend several countries to visit if you want to try out lawless anarchy.

Still say he’s the best pure pass rusher on the roster. Shame he can’t stay on the field
Most definitely agree with the Best Pure Pass Rush Skills on the team comment. The guy is a thoroughbred and that is why we all need patience.

I'm rooting for the guy. But I.m conflicted on this. Because I support Cannabis legalization (actually I prefer just treat it as a plant) I think he has done no wrong...

Well we know by the number of deaths caused by drunk driving that we need to govern these types of things!!

Lets add stoned drivers to the mix as well - especially since we have no way to measures stonedness and they will get off scott free!

The effects of THC on driving aren’t as clear as alcohol.

What about the argument that “x” doesn’t kill people. People kill people?

We can’t really assume marijuana users will drive or potentially put others in danger.

That’s reasonable. And In the meantime fight to change rules based on arbitrary (at best), ineffective, and unfair laws.

and that should be the process. but we've seem to have developed a culture that thinks it's ok to disregard rules you don't like and when punished claim the rules were not fair.

far as i know, the no-drugs rule was in place long before gregory came onto the scene.

I'm assuming you meant consciences rather than consciousness. Nobody can govern someone else's conscience. But ALL laws govern other people's conduct. It's like the stupid old saying, "you can't legislate morality." Of course you can, that is all laws do.
