I was actually kidding….Jerry would rather be comfortable than win.

Its amazing the Bengals are the team that the Garrett Apologists point to when they plea for patience with Garrett.
lol.... THAT is a scary thought
The bottom line is that JJ and the Front Office bet on Romo and Garrett to win the SB, and all of their decisions have reinforced that. JG will NOT be fired this offseason, as that would entail JJ admitting that he made a big mistake.
Announcing any sort of coaching change with 5 games... just isn't going to happen.
I'm ambivalent towards Garrett.
I can come up with several reasons why he should go and several on why he should stay.
My feeling is that he's going to be back but as others have stated there will be a change-over of some on the staff.
Is is mandatory that you have to tweet something every certain time? I mean what is that supposed to mean?
Even if they are planning to let some go, are they going to let outside world know?
Already set in for me. No changes coming this way guys. Get ready for another summer filled with bargain bin shopping for the likes of Andrew Gachkar and Jaspar Brinkley, and another mediocre season under Jones
I don't think that the question is, will he be back (hard to imagine him getting the boot), but should he be back - would a similar performance record be tolerated by other franchises.

Which ones would neuter him before he started like he is in Dallas?

Good point
Good point, but I'm not convinced that he had what it takes before they were severed...
There's no way to know until he's in that position. Swapping Garrett for another coach doesn't address the problem unless with it comes changes at the top.
Depends on the coach; Jimmy did well enough during his years in Dallas. But, I hear you....
