As much as the RBs haven't been the problem, I have to admit, I'm looking forward to seeing Michael run the ball finally. We gave him enough time to come up to speed, too, so what we see is pretty much what we're going to get this season.

I believe he is going to be changing his number to the 80 series this week.

For me, I worried about his pass protection with Romo in there. Now that it's Weeden, I don't care and just want to see if he can bring a punishing style. Who knows? It might be that presence we need to get the rest of the team playing on the same page and to it's potential finally. We're capable of playing a lot better--all around--than we've seen in any of the full games this season.

I'm happy to see him play so we can finally add a much needed dimension to the backfield & stop talking about why it's not working "as is". Perhaps our brain trust will begin to have more brain trust in our RBs to come through in crucial situations.

The pass pro mess is so overblown.
