I really don't know how significant his issues there were, only that his coached in SEA said it was a problem that kept him out of the lineup. But with Tony in there, having a guy who could pass protect was way more important than upgrading the YPC of a running back.

Great question! Why let him return 95% of the returns in PS and then not at least give him a couple? Especially when field position is needed? Beas gets killed back there as well!

The idea is to get them somewhat accustom to the speed of the game before you turn them lose as a return guy
Lucky has been getting snaps at WR to do just that
