Having said that, I understand that in this day and age, people aren't as turned off about people's sexual practices and would not consider his viewing participation or his actual participation as an undraftable offense.

No doubt. Risk-reward.

That's why you would have to be sure that your investigators had all of their facts right. Much like you did for La'el Collins, and like you trusted your doctors on Jaylon Smith.

They are resources outside of the salary cap rules and you should maximize each and every one to your utmost advantage. In such a competitive league, you look for every advantage you can get.

That's why a team like the Patriots does it, often to the point of cheating and deflating footballs. They look for each and every advantage they can find to tip the scales in their favor. And we can argue methods but we can't argue results.
