No surprise here whatsoever.

Can't believe anyone would think Manziel is the top overall player on their board. Maybe, maybe..the top QB, but no freakin way he would be rated ahead of some of those studs at the top of the draft.
Ahead of prospects like Clowney, mack, Watckins, Matthews, Robinson? Jeesh...no chance.

My guess is he is rated in the 15-25 range.

Think about the two main guys outside of scouts that would make our QB board...Jason Garrett and Scott Linehan.
Does Manziel seem like their type of QB? Not even remotely.
Does Bortles? Sure he does.

Apparently, according to a tweet I saw in some report, McShay says he has 2 sources who say that Manziel is the #1 player overall on the Cowboys board.
