Interesting.

I love Fluker, so I don't like this bit of news in that way.

However, I also love Warmack and Cooper and am glad they are so (apparently) highly thought of.

Cooper or Warmack in the 1st rd and Fluker in the 2nd rd. Works for me.:)

I'd be happy with Warmack in the 1st and both Lacy and fluker in the 2nd. Trade our 3rd, 4th , 5th and 6th picks for a 2nd rd pick and take Lacy or Fluker.

I'll definitely take Warmack, Fluker, and Lacy and call it a day.

We'd have that Bama running game to go with the air game of Tony Romo, Dez Bryant and Jason Witten.

3 guys on the o-line that could go all pro at their position in any given year.

Get a FA safety, which sounds like we will and I like how this team looks.

Our defensive coaches have to be considered a top 3 staff in this league.

I think our d-line is under rated. We have 2 legitimate pass rushers at DE in Ware and Spencer. Ratliff will be so much better at DT and hatcher is a player. Lissemore can spell them both at DT and if Brent wasn't in shambles what a rotation.

That's why that 3rd pass rusher at DE and another DT should be looked at as well. Who knows about Crawford.

But I think this team is in better shape than most think roster wise after going with those 3 in the draft. Won't happen unfortunately.

would love the first 2 picks but would rather us go safety in the 3rd and then Taylor or another rb that falls to us in the 4th and still have our later round picks

I would hope this is a false report, because if some local reporter has information on our draft board this franchise is bleeped six ways to Sunday.

It does not take a Rocket Surgeon to figure out that Cooper/Warmack is on a different level than Fluker...whether the Cowboys FO told Fisher that or if he is saying it on his own.

Fluker is just an ill fit for Callahan's offense.

Agreed. I'd rather pass on Fluker in the 1st and go for Pugh or Frederick in the 2nd round.

Cooper and Warmack are probably candidates at 18 and Fluker would only be considered in a trade down scenario.

Callahan's offense? Garrett's offense? Neither Garrett nor Callahan has done enough in this league to merit calling an offense their's.

1) What is Callahan's offense? Are we running Callahan's offense or Garrett's or who's?

2) Is Callahan or Garrett even going to be here next year?

3) A good coordinator will change 'his' offense to fit the players.

Draft best player available regardless of position need. Tailor offense/defense to the strengths of the players. Sounds like a good plan to me.

We should be so thankful Callahan is here as our OL coach. I'm sure he turned down numerous head coaching jobs just to come here as OL coach (and assistant offensive coordinator or whatever meaningless title they gave him) and call plays. Oh, wait, he doesn't even call plays. Or, he didn't call plays last year but he may call plays this year.

From Superbowl coach to OL coach in 10 years. Not exactly a good direction. Just saying.

Dave Wannstat is the ST coach for the Bucs, just saying, oh and all coaches from the Jimmy J. days. Oh and Jimmy too with the Dolphins, just saying.

I have a friend who worked under Callahan with the Jets and is now an OL coach in the NCAA, and he said Callahan was by far the best coach he worked with.

Just saying.
