Ok.....I'll play along....

Who takes him before 8?

1. Tennessee....probably not. Running a 3-4 D. No scheme fit.
2. Cleveland....Needs a QB...and they run a 3-4.
3. S.D. ......run a 3-4....Can you even name their left tackle?....Rivers isn't out running anybody either.
4. Dallas.....Do you really want to stunt D-laws and Gregory's growth? Bosa isn't a DT either. And no way do we go through another season w/o a QB. (Unless you believe in Kellen Moore as a starter)
5. Jacksonville....possible. But I've got Jack rated higher.
6. Baltimore....Monroe is gonna be a cap casualty.
7. S.F. runs a 3-4 D. No scheme fit.

Unless someone makes a trade up...I could see him sliding.

I would have stopped with the Austin Johnson choice and gone differently in the third. I do not know why Days is considered a good fit for us. He has short arms and is hardly good against the run.

If we needed a DT to play 3-T, I would be more interested.

Day is oft compared to Aaron Donald, except without the production. Day is severely overrated.
