I thought if the other team defaulted the game then they would award a 1-0 victory for the other team. But that's off the top of my old head. I've definitely not looked that one up so I could be FOS.

That's not it.

Let me put it this way...an NFL game could end 6-1 with both teams actually scoring those points....no forfeit envolved.....

That's exactly right...a 1 point safety
You're kidding..how does it work?

Btw, lucky guess, seemed more 'logical" than one third a field goal. :p:

Or 1/6 of a TD...

I'll explain later...I'd like to see more feedback first.

Just put it this way..a safety scored on a "1 point play" is a 1 point safety in College and Pro football.

Blocked EP that goes through the other endzone?

It has something to do with the PAT, right? I thought that was only a college rule?

Pretty much..yeah.

But it would be a blocked EP, then the teams fumble around with it until it makes it way to the kicking teams endzone. And the defense recovers it therein.

1 point safety!

I think I gave the right answer but I don't know I'm just guessing. What is the score for a defaulted game?

Any time a ball is downed in the defenders endzone after a PA attempt=1pt offense

If an NFL game is forfeited, the score is recorded as 2-0.
