Also, I think the Cisco Kid can outdraw and outfight the Rawhide kid.:)
Prove it. Do something like in boxing where the pit present players with the likes of Ali and Marciano on computers to see who'd win. ;)

If there were no complaints from DAL sports fans when the Mavs added a wife-beater who punched his wife right in front of their 2-year kid, why should it be any different in regards to the 'Boys adding Pacman? DAL sports fans don't care about whether someone is a felon or not. In TEX we execute non-sports-playing sociopaths, we don't applaud them, but if he does play sports and he can help one of our teams, that's all that matters.

Given our track record of success laundering the reputations of bad boys like T. Johnson and Owens and the laid-back atmosphere in the dressing room, I'm sure Rogers really looks forward to joining the team. Plus, as ******** as he is, I'm sure he realizes the only thing he can do well is play football and that he needs to re-establish himself on the field as that's the only way he'll be able to continue to support himself financially. I bet he pulls a Josh Hamilton and rescues himself by playing like a star this year.

How can we have a "For the record" if we can't identify the voting record in the poll?

It's a given you can't go on the record in a poll.

But, um, maybe, like, you could POST your preference? Ya think?

Anyone creating a poll has the option to display or not display voter names.

That would be one option...I thought by hovering my mouse over the results, I could see much faster who voted for what...I know...call me lazy :

I voted for for the latter of these two:
Not a good idea. We can do better without the drama
A good idea. We need help at CB

but my choice would be in between those too...rather lukewarm to the idea, but want to "believe" he'll have learned from his lessons and change his ways. May be too optimistic in that view, but if he's on the field, we're a better team...at least on paper.

No.

I'd rather not go week to week wondering if this is the week that he feels like he needs to go out and "make it rain." As he'll probably be on his best behavior if/when we add him, I could see it unfolding towards the end of the season when games matter most.

How many times do you have to be arrested before you "get it?" Seriously. He's averaged once every 6 months over 3 years, unless I'm missing one.

I also think the fact he hasn't played in over a year is being blown off as well. How long before he gets his sea legs back?

Add youth through the draft and be done with it. We would only really be seeking a 3rd corner anyway and depth.

Much cheaper and less risk.

I think we'd be better served without bringing in the drama that he'll likely cause but I certainly don't think the guy is Satan. I'm actually a little surprised that option has the amount of votes it does. :)
