It's been said in just about every scouting report that he plays too high. That's exactly what happened there. He got too high and the second lineman got under his pads. Buckner is a scary prospect to me. He's so tall it is going to be very difficult to coach him to keep his pad level down. He is going to need to have very long arms so he can keep offensive linemen off of him or he is going to get dominated at the point of attack in the NFL.

Why? Boss is not s top pass rusher .

Bosa has been the top rated player at any position all year, and he's still there now. He is a relentless pass rusher with lots of tackles for loss and pressures. He plays a true DE, not a standup blitzer, so sacks aren't the whole story. Like Hardy, he moves around and plays all up and down the LOS. Put him at left DE and platoon our two smallish 2nd rounder (DLaw and Gregory) at left DE....play them both in passing situations with Bosa moving inside with Crawford. We could even blitz Gregory from a LB spot. Bosa is a great player who helps any team.
