they kind of thought about him before hiring some no name random guy off the Patriots staff
Not gonna lie when i first saw this thread i thought Aaron Judge and immediately thought whatever gets him out of the AL east is fine with me
Looks like one too tbf
Garrett would probably benefit from a year off.
Is Cleveland the only open job now? If so then it's Garrett to the Browns because Jerry said he would be coaching in 2020.
Edit: Did Jerry specifically say NFL coach in 2020? Because if not, Garrett can go coach Boys Club in 2020.
It is a bizarre hiring. I'm not sure what they were thinking.
LOL'd at the bold.
Well done sir.
When I read the OP I thought WoW, Lester Hayes is coach now?
You forgot the clapping
Gettleman: hello Jason?
Garrett: how ya doing guys *clapping*
Yes. It appears to look that way based on the timing of the request to interview him.
anyone but Garrett
The Browns might be good fit for JG ...... the expectation there is so low anything he does will be an upgrade it is a win win for both
I heard an interview with Gettleman over the weekend and he was saying how important the decision was, and eluded to it being his last chance.
I guess he wants out after this season.
Stupid Giants. A chance to get the possibly the next Bill Parcells and you pick a Special Teams Coach Lol
If true, I think that's a pretty underhanded move.
Let's see, do I want to take on the SEC or the NFC East? NFC East it is!
Not Judge Dredd!
Cleveland was actually talking up a deep playoff run this year and fired a first year coach for not getting them there.
