I see it all the time. It's tragic. There are crazy people out there, and they are armed. That's why you gotta pack some heat too.
Three kids left without a father. A widow now having to heal up both physically and emotionally. All supposedly over road rage?
This is nuts on levels that can't be comprehended.
Love Payton's comments on this. Dude is hurting and really spewing truth.
There are some damned dangerous people in the world.
I think the Hayes' attorney has his work cut out of him if the video is a big part of his defense. Smith's SUV barely touches Hayes' Hummer after Hayes jerked his vehicle to a stop. Then Hayes followed the Smiths so closely that he shouldn't have any trouble recording their license plate number for the police to deal with. Immediately afterwards, Hayes slammed his Hummer into the Smith's SUV. To me, motive seems very premeditated.http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...uld-make-things-worse-for-will-smiths-killer/
On the surface, the FOX 8 headline that a “new video shows possible hit and run before [Will Smith] is killed” may be interpreted by some (including Hayes’ lawyer, possibly) as a bizarre sort of justification for the decision of Cardell Hayes to chase down and shoot Will Smith. The reality is that the video doesn’t make the situation any better for Hayes; if anything, it makes things worse for the shooter.
Images obtained from surveillance cameras show what appears to be Hayes’ Hummer H2 being followed by Smith’s Mercedes SUV. At one point, the Hummer stops abruptly, resulting in contact from the Mercedes.
The Hummer then pulls to the side, the Mercedes speeds away, and the Hummer quickly gives chase. According to the video posted by FOX 8, the shooting happened roughly a block and a half away, in a spot where the Hummer reportedly rammed the Mercedes so hard that it was thrown into a car in front of the Mercedes.
The man representing Hayes seems to be trying to weave these facts into the apparent self-defense claim.

Witness heard Smith threatening Hayes. Stand your ground law in Louisiana, you not have to retreat. Stand your ground and negate the danger.
He will get off.
