Fox Sports poll: Who is the MVP frontrunner? (No Prescott)

The rest of the team has been awful except for one game against the Jets. None of the losses have been on him. Even the Green Bay playoff loss it was the defense giving up 6 straight TD drives to Jordan Love.

His critics who bashed him after losing to Green Bay are starting to see that that Green Bay defense is basically the earliest version of this current defense. It came from a continuation of that same defense McCarthy put on the field that day. They're starting to see how for his career Dak has had the worst defense among all major QBs. The ones who have had 10 wins per year their whole life.
It's alarmingly similar to the Romo experience, but Dak's had better Olines through most of his career. He also had Zeke once apon a time to take some pressure off. I'm excited to see what he can when all of our WRs are healthy. Dak's been solid this year, but we shouldn't be worried about the MVP list at least until we get over .500, playboy.

LOL at the bold. A sizeable por of this fanbase wants to move on from Dak--yet you are unable to actually find a single "real life" person who doesn't love everything about him.

There are plenty of us out there...

you just have to be willing to take a step outside the echo chamber. I know it's scary.....
Sure lots of people aren't in love with him, some likes him sometimes and don't like him at other times, cite his playoff failures....but how many people are going the lengths you go to discredit his current success?

Since 2020 Dak has been great pretty much every year. Even when he loses a game and the fans wildly overreact, they watch him bounce back the very next game and grab a key win. It's just his wins are not coming at the right time.

Everybody this year is saying the defense is giving up way too many points and the conversations about the team shouldn't be centered around Dak. Some are saying he's MVP, but even the ones who don't care if he's MVP aren't discrediting his claim to MVP status.

As for Allen that game was almost 5 years ago. About time we move on id say. How long we gonna we gonna keep talking about that game?

It's been explained to you a million times, yet you keep acting ignorant.
Nothing has been explained.

You tried to throw shade at Allen making the smart *** statement that he’s failed to win the big one.

But anyone with common sense can see that Allen has been a much better postseason performer than Dak.

Yeah Josh Allen is 2 and 0 against Dak and has more career wins (80-36) than Dak Prescott (77-48-1) in fewer years in the league, giving him a slight edge in the win-loss comparison. Maybe Allen had better teams, but I'm not sure. He's def more of duel threat than Dak, though. I'd take Allen in a direct trade any day if given the opportunity. Wouldn't you?

Why is Mahomes 2nd on that list?
Because Vegas is always baking in the possibility that the Chiefs get hot and get the 1 seed which automatically makes you one of the 4 people who can get it and if Mahomes gets hot while doing it then he will get the MVP.

POSTSEASON PERFORMANCES IS ABOUT THE TEAM, NOT A PLAYER!!!!!

Ever played football, much less during the playoffs?

Clearly, not, hence why you don't understand.

You can root to your heart's desire, but it's never going to happen.

No amount of rooting is going to magically provide the skill and talent required from Dak to reach a Super Bowl, let alone win one.

So, in the end, all you're really rooting for is prolonged failure.
3.1/10.

I like the first part. But the rest. Oh my god. It’s so lame. It’s so stale.

Outlets and people trying so hard to provide content and get clicks.
5 games in, in a 17 game season

Im just ready for Dak ball coming in less than 24 hours....yeeeehawwee

If Dak would have helped Dallas win in Carolina when he had the chance….maybe…
.
But he didn’t play well in the 4th quarter.
The last possession was dreadful.

You were saying?

Allen had a rough game tonight. See how easy that was? No excuses. He looked off for sure. You should try that the next time Dak plays poorly.

Either way He's still better than Dak. There's literally not a GM in football other than possibly Jerry who would take Dak over Allen.

Are you seriously saying Dak played poorly against the Panthers? Lmao

At this moment in time my choice would be Baker Mayfield.. his play even with WR injuries has translated into actual wins for the Bucs. Stats are just a part but not the only part. Obviously, this can change, but right now it’s gotta be Baker.

In 2024 his rating was 86.0 (bottom feeder #s in todays NFL) and he literally tore his hamstring in half on a routine scramble

In 2022 he managed to lead the league in INTs despite missing 1/3 of the season

Care to revise the statement above?
I am still waiting for Yobwocs to respond to this post….
