Went to NFL.com and see that the pre season week 3 vs Seahawks will be shown Thursday Aug 25th at 9:00 Central as well

Pretty sure Romo will start (one or two series, depending on number of plays in the first series) and then Dak will come in. I think Showers will get 2nd half action, again. JMO.

Didn't see it online...looked on my TV Guide (DirecTV) for Friday night and there it was.

nfl.con\schedule week 2 vs Miami they are showing it will be on nfl network at 7 and the following week a Thursday Night game at Seahawks they will air the game at 9:00

Just checked DTV for NFLN Friday and it is 5 PM PT Fins @ Boys so looks to be nationally televised

Interesting question. I think I would give Dak every snap I could to A) prepare him as the #2 and B) to hide Showers in hopes he could be stashed on the PS instead of the 53.

An opinion I agree with. I don't think it's a competition between Prescott and Showers. Showers is #3 if he stays.

I would think he will get a couple of series. The main one tends to be week 3 which is normally the dress rehearsal as week 4 starter will see little to no time as they are getting ready for the reg season and hopefully healthy leading into week 1 when it counts
