Interesting question. I think I would give Dak every snap I could to A) prepare him as the #2 and B) to hide Showers in hopes he could be stashed on the PS instead of the 53.

Exactly what I think. Early on they felt Showers was ahead of Dak, but that is to be expected since he had a year in the system but it appears that since camp Dak has definitely elevated his game. He was drafted, he is the "chosen One" so to speak. Showers is going to be third, even if he is better than Dak.
