I've been posting for a few weeks now about moving Morris to FB...Although Rod Smith also isn't a bad idea. I like Hanna as a TE, just wished we used him more in the passing game. Probably our fastest TE.

Wouldn't be a bad idea at all. I think this is the best way to throw off some teams as well since you could hand off to Morris.

Just go get the Fullback out of USC. He was a special teams star and he is a wrecking ball as a lead blocker.

I'd rather just stick to the zone blocking one back, particularly when Zeke is in the game as that's what he is used to. The only time this team has been successful with a FB under Garrett is a handful of plays with Murray, who preferred a lead blocker.

Depends on what you mean by it. I think our base will be two tight ends. Sometimes they'll stack. Sometimes they'll stay in line. And sometimes one of them will motion into the backfield. (At times, they will even motion out of the backfield or out wide.)

If you mean that our base will be a three-wide receiver set, I can't see that, although we'll use that formation quite a bit.

Garrett actually likes having a fullback. He has acknowledged it in the past. He also has acknowledged, though, that finding one who is multidimensional is rare. Maybe this year he has decided not to try. Maybe getting Elliott plays a part in that.
