Tony Romo has checked his luggage for today's Dallas Cowboys London departure.
Tony Romo tells me today he's feeling okay, he says his injury just takes time for healing.

Also FYI, lots of people worried about the flight. I've made the flight in coach and I'm about Romo's size. I'm sure his' flying first class. I really doubt he will be all that uncomfortable.

Considering he is flying that in and of itself sucks when you are dealing with some soreness but as you said in 1st class I'm sure they will make it as comfortable for him as possible. Dallas also has some time between now and game day for Romo to get himself ready.

I have no information other then trying to read between the lines of what Romo has been saying over the last 24 hours (which can be dangerous).

But it feels like to me as of now, that it is more likely that Romo does not play then play. I know both Jones and Garrett are being fairly optimistic in their quotes to the media, but then you hear Romo say things like it is just going to take time to heal and it gives me pause about his availability.

If I had to guess, my guess would be less then 50/50 that he plays.

I also would not put it outside the realm of possibility that there is some discussion on Vaughan and do the risks out way what he might bring to the table against a bad Jags team.

we throw those words around easily 'playing in pain'. For someone like Romo who relies on quick spinning and twisting that not ideal and I am not sure he is effective playing in pain. I know Dallas doesn't have alot of options here but I put this one on Garrett (and I am supporter of his) for not finding more adequate back up this off season.

What airline do they use? American has a First Class where you can actually lie down. It's totally comfortable. And I'm usually walking around on my flights to London - just b/c I get bored and I like to just wander the plane after a few drinkys.. Lol... my point being, he can just get up and move if he needs to. He'll be fine....

I saw a pic of Romo standing in line on twitter, but now I can't find it. It's gonna bug me til I do. It was early this morning and I don't have time to troll twitter to find it. Grr..

As long as he is not in coach Romo will be ok. Even business class has very nice seating especially on the 777. They do have the lie flat seats or recliner seats in business class and above. He might want to get up and stretch a little be he will be ok getting there and be well rested. Making the flight in coach would suck badly though.
