Good. He'd be a nice fit for us at the right point in the draft.

Hopefully his injury issue scares teams off until at least the 3rd round. That is the soonest I would feel comfortable picking up a QB.

If he is not in the cards, we have done some homework on Fales and he will probably be around in the 4th or 5th round.

But I do think we need a QB to develop and I don't consider Weeden that player. But the team probably does, unfortunately.

Fales and Savage are both options later in the draft, or should be.

will be interesting to see how his knee is as that will be the determining factor i believe in what round he goes. i watched film on him and if he's healthy i don't think he gets past round 2. otherwise he's probably looking at round 4 or so would be my guess.

Brandt is really driving the train on Savage. Now has him in as a second round choice, which to me is amazing. But players that had no business going that high in recent years like Ponder, Manuel, Tebow etc. went, so maybe he is onto something. I don't see much more than a good arm talent, but he is already 25.

NFL Network analyst Mike Mayock says Georgia QB Aaron Murray is the most accurate QB in the draft class.
"This kid gets it," Mayock said. "He's as accurate as any quarterback in the draft is. ... I really like the kid. I've got to do some more homework on him, because he's kind of changing my perception right now." The analyst said that the more tape he watched of Murray, the more that he liked him. Murray, of course, is the all-time SEC record holder in passing yards (13,166) and TD passes (121). Murray's agent Pat Dye, Jr. said last month that the signal caller has garnered interest from Cincinnati, Jacksonville, Arizona, Minnesota, New Orleans, St. Louis, Cleveland, Houston, Dallas, Oakland, Tennessee and Kansas City. Over the weekend, Dye said "dozens" of NFL teams have contacted him about his client. Apr 7 - 9:22 PM

I am ok with Murray in the 4th but I really don't think he will be anything but a servicable QB in the NFL.
