Okay, they let TO mention his book.

I can only paraphrase, and I'm bad at it, but TO's trying to say that he aimed the book at the young, it's a pro-literacy effort, and that he's hoping to reach the kind of little boys who get handed footballs or baseballs but really aren't expected to read.

I think the title of the book is "Little T learns to share." They're teasing him about the title of the book and his selfish reputation.
