If it is true as Wade has said in the past, that it is his fault, then he doesn't deserve another chance. You can't teach an old dog new tricks and if he couldn't get his team ready with a bye week and the NFC Title game on the line, he will never be able to get it done.

Wade, grow a pair, do us all a favor and please retire because Jerry won't fire you, even though you're not the man for the job.
