If the staff is to be trusted at all, I would hope Gallup is ready to play.

The Cowboys' staff is routinely inclined to err on the side of caution.

I wouldn't be too surprised if Gallup's targets aren't overly generous.

Granted, three weeks to rehab and heal is considered the minimum.

They’ve already benched both Gallup and Cooper for the Jets because they won’t be needed.

Hopefully they're not bringing him back too early out of necessity, they have a history of this and Booger has a history of minimizing injuries that he hasn't suffered.

I think it's a mistake to bring him back right now. If he suffers another injury because of weakness in that knee, it will be much worse. I still don't think he'll play though..

I think he’ll play, but it’ll probably be limited snaps. Dallas is good at not rushing their players back into the game so quickly after barring an injury. Smith will probably fill in for him most snaps and he’ll get more and more playing time as these few games before the bye come closer.
