Still not a fan. Not in the third. Looks a little like Doug Free

Great movement, not very strong
Beat me to it...hadn't really noticed it before.

He moves really effortlessly, but doesn't seem to have a whole lot of power. If that isn't Free, I'm not sure what really is.

Yes, but that is a comparison of a college player to an NFL veteran. Green is way more advanced than Free was as a college player or draft pick.

I think he's going to see a lot of work and get a lot of attention leading up to training camp. My feeling is that Cowboys really want him to be capable of playing at tackle this year if he's called upon so they don't have a drop off if Free is injured or ineffective.

People claimed that Fred should have been a 3rd round pick.

I know....I liked the value more than the player in that draft, and I was wrong. Had nothing to do with Freddy.

I just hope the 3rd round pick is more than a ceiling of that.

I love YouTube scouting.

I remember in the CJ, Rice, Mendenhall, Jones draft all there was to find were highlights. With the O'Bannon decision and free use, games can be posted without legal repercussions.

Best thing to happen to the draft process. Now I can watch the prospects without supporting indentured servitude.

He looks like the veteran version of Free. The college version of Free was more like the 7th round pick Gibson. Green is much further along than Free was when drafted. Free was only active for 1 of 32 games his 1st two seasons in the NFL.
Do what? Free was rated as a 2nd or 3rd round pick coming out of college, and it was considered excellent value when we got him in the 4th.

This would crush my dreams of having 5 first round talents on the offensive line.

Solid 3rd round pick then....

Given the fact that we got Collins I'd say it is not a great 3rd round pick (thought there were excellent RBs and WRs available there- neither of which did we draft). But they may not have known Collins was headed here so Hindsight is 20/20. O-line depth is always good, just not sure this guy is worth a 3rd.

He was not even active his 1st two seasons and was not a remote possibility of playing as a rookie. That is a description similar to Gibson and not similar to Green. Green is considered a player that could be a swing tackle as a rookie or even start on some teams.

Anyone notice RB Matt Jones on Florida, drafted by the Commanders mid round this year... Commanders are hyping him up but he doesn't stand out much at all in this game...

Looked serviceable against good competition.

Seemed to get a fair amount of help, like Free.
A couple of wide and unabated runs at the QB, ala Free.
He sat out a lot of plays in the 2nd half.
The offense played better when he was in.

Demarco Murray was a 3rd round pick, Tyrone Crawford was a 3rd round pick, JJ Wilcox was a 3rd rounder....seems like they do pretty decent in that 3rd round?

So, 3 guys with potential, and 1 who did something great in a contract year. I am not hating on Chaz, I am just responding to what one guy said about the pick.

I think when you are in the 3rd round.....if you come out with 3 guys with potential and one guy who had a great year in his contract year? Chaz should be a solid player in this league based on recent history in the 3rd.
