anyone wanna give one to anyone?

ill start by giving one to Terrence Newman, on the big play to Moss, Newman ran Moss down, end result we held them to a FG, when is the last time u saw someone chase Moss down? i also saw Newman made alot of tackles. and didnt see him get beat yesterday.

Canty, he was a force on our D-line. Got scared *#@%less when he was laying down on the field. He may be our best DE..

Secondary. I thought it was going to get ugly after that first deep one to Randy however (and I have to give Zimmy credit here), they made adjustments.

On the other hand, you can see how much Roy is needed at the LOS when freakin LaMont Jordan (who?) runs for a 100.

Oh yeah...one more thing. What happened to the blitz?

Im giving mine to Parcells.

My charitable contribution for the year to the less fortunate and overhyped.

I'll give mine to Jordan, a freaking plow gained 100 yards on us when LT could not. God, what I would not give for a defense.

I'm scared to think what Westbrook is going to do to us next week....... I'm afraid they will blow the Cowboys off the field.... :banghead:

Great point. I was talking to a fellow Cowboys fan about the game because he didn't get a chance to see it and I was explaining some of the big plays and how Ware and Davis somehow ended up on Moss  but I couldn't believe the words were coming out of my mouth that "and then Dallas ran Moss down...." I just hope the folks who tore Newman a new hole last year will also give him props this year. Honestly, I'd rather have Leftwich, but I've always thought too many people were ready to pounce on Newman. He's no Deion, but he's one of the best new corners in the league.

Not sure what he'll do running the ball, not sure if the Cowboys are as afraid of TO as they are of Moss, but some of those passes to Westbrook that are the linebacker or safety's responsiblity are probably going to be ugly. Better to not think about it now.:

Yea, it's early in the week but I still can't help but wonder. The Cowboys need this win badly!

How does a team start off not covering Moss?
So lets NOT give zimmy any credit there as his lack of innovation equals NO pressure & NO turnovers = LOSING!

How he even collects a check is beyond me...Pee Wee league coach at best...

He made adjustments, however those adjustments made us weak against the run. It appears we can do one or the other, not both and not exceptionally well with either one. I would say average at best...with good talent.

I'll give mine to Drew Bledsoe. That's one tough SOB. I thought he was done after Sapp body slammed him...looked like a dislocated shoulder, for sure.

Drew got hit and sacked all day, but he hung tough and led us to a near comeback win. I love that he never gives up.

If our Flozell blocks his man on 2nd and 2, we score and Bledsoe is the obvious hero. And all the media are talking about him.

Witten for carrying the entire Raider Defense 15 yards.

Thompson for showing that we can run the ball.

Bledsoe for showing that he does have some mobility, and a clutch throw to Witten for a first down that looked more like a hook shot.

Definitely Newman for his entire game.

Our new deep snapper for not one hopping the ball back to Romo and McBriar.

Crayton did a great job of staying in bounds and taking advantage of poor tackling on the TD.

On offense:
Witten
Al Johnson and Andre Gurode (watch the tape -- both played great)

On defense:
Newman and Henry (both had zero catches allowed)

Special teams:
Cortez (perfect on kicks, deep kickoffs and saved a TD)

I've got one... It looks to me like Jacques Reeves is doing very well on special teams. Seems like every punt, he's the one down making the tackle.
