Nothing fancy tonight, probably just a sammich or a chef's salad.....more concerned about getting a win and then hopefully come back at full strength next week.

i have a brisket on the smoker. it’s only 35 degree and windy as can be but it will survive

I just cracked a beer so bud light and crown or Buffalo trace will be flowing all day

 

Probably a sandwich here too, old buddy. I don't have time for a real meal. My grandson informed me he needs a combination clubhouse/deer stand out here. Nothing fancy but he wants windows, cabinets for snacks and electricity. The upper level will be his deer stand.

 

Slightly greasy pan fried burgers with tater tots and cold beer.

I’m having crock pot dish with baked beans, ham, barbecue sauce and pineapple.

 

Meats back on the menu boys....homemade taco soup. Will the real Cowboys please stand up! Hard for me as a fan of over 42 years to "buy" in to a team losing games the real contenders win. Always rooting but hard for me to get excited until they win the games. Anyways wish this was a Sunday game...Go Cowboys!

 

On the road in Corpus for work today so will be watching from hotel room…..no DVR etc…..probably getting a filet at Outback right next door. And a sixer of Ultra of course.

Started a crockpot of jambalaya this morning. I'll add some shrimp for about the last 30 minutes of cooking and make a pan of corn bread.

 

Cheese omelette with bacon. Serrano peppers diced if I can find'em.

In office today with a vendor visit so hopefully sadies for lunch and what ever health conscious dish the little lady has planned for dinner and hopefully some Dos Equis as a night cap.
