It's a red chile, olive oil, and almond spread. It pairs so wonderfully with hummus and steak!

I also forgot to add. Sprinkling a feta with thyme mix over the ribeye

Typical South Texas BBQ. Grilling some yardbird, set it and forget it for an hour, beef sirloin fajitas. Wife making some potato salad, rice and charro beans. No homemade tortillas this week . Gonna wash it all down with a few virgin vodka waters with a squeeze of lime. Salud and Go Cowboys!!!!

Since its the 2nd game it'll be whatever I decide well have for dinner. Chicken and price smothered in gravy. That's what I have a taste for tonight.

This is gonna sound crazy but I was in a cooking mood. Monster lobster tails with butter and lemon garlic sauce, fried haddock, fried chicken legs, ravioli and hot sausage in a marinara sauce. Bloody Mary's.

Trying to grill pizza for the first time today. If it doesn't work out I have plenty of beer and that's the most important meal of the day.
